arrrr it's sunday

Ahoy Mom,
We got to go to church today. I loved putting on my "primary clothes"...except that my tights kept coming down! I love my new dress. Karen didn't have a bow to match it so we made we one quick before church and I loved it. It was big and bright pink! I looked like a princess!
When I got out of the bath I saw some pictures in Karen's room. I told her I really liked the pictures of the prince and princess. She said that I was a sweetheart because they were pictures of her and Seth when they got married in the temple. Did you know that when I get married in the temple I will look like a princess too!? :)
At church Karen drew pictures for me. I wanted to show you what we drew so we took pictures of them. I had her draw me pirates because that is what I have really gotten into this week. I had her draw a pirate ship, Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, treasure, the Crocodile, and Captain Fisher. We even drew some pirate coins and a pirate maps so that we could go find the pirate treasure later. I am becoming a really great pirate! but Karen said I had to be more quiet and reverent at church because I kept yelling out "more pirates" "arrr" and "ahoy".



It was nice enough to go for a walk today. We walked to the park and played for a little bit, but didn't stay long. We were tired out, so we headed back to Sam's house and had another popcorn/movie night. We watched the dragon movie. We played the night away and went to bed tired....but also excited. You come back tomorrow and I am SOOOOO excited. Have a safe trip back!

Mom,
We woke up this morning and got to go have breakfast at Mc Donald's. It was so yummy and I ate a ton.
First I had a muffin.

Then I had some pancakes.

I also had a hash brown.

I still don't get why Karen takes so many pictures of me eating?! :) Doesn't everyone eat 3 breakfasts?! :)
Their Mc Donald's is so fun. They had huge instruments that you can jump, walk, and slide down and when you do they play music. It was fun to see what sounds I could make. They slide is up in a tree house. You climb up the tree and then through the tree house to the slide. It was a really fast slide!




After eating (a lot) and playing, we went and did a little shopping. It was fun to go play with all the toys in the toy aisles.
Later in the day Grandma came out and played with us while Karen and Seth got out to a movie. I think they really needed a brake....and I'm glad they did because that meant that I got to play with MY Grandma. Grandma said she is Sam and James' Grandma too, but I don't think I really like having to share her!

Mom,
Here's a little video for you. I sure do miss you, but I am happy and having fun.
James and I are really acting like siblings now. :) We had another fun day of dinosaurs, pirates, and trains. I am becoming quite the tomboy! My new favorite show is "pirates" (Jake and the Neverland Pirates on Disney). I get so excited when it comes on. We also played peek-a-boo with pillows in the dark. It was fun. I am getting braver in the dark. It's not that scary anymore.

Sorry, no pictures today mom!
Karen, James, and Chloe got the stomach flu today, so things were pretty chill. I am not sick, I am still fine and eating like a champ. I will catch you up more tomorrow.

fishie house

Mom,
Guess what?! We got to go to the fishie house. It was so fun. Karen said you might go swimming and see some of these things, so that was fun for me to go see them too.
We loved seeing the turtle, sharks, sting rays, star fish, sea horses, alligators, penguins, and all the other fishies.
They even have a new place where you can go and see fish and other creatures with super hero powers. They have scorpions that turn neon, see through fish, flying fish, turtles that fart to keep their enemies away, and snakes that see heat. It was fun to see all these creepy, crawly things, even though I thought some of them were gross.
After the going to the fishie house we went and played at Grandma's house. It was fun. We ate lots of treat and made a huge mess playing with all the toys. Sam, James, and I made a huge tower that we were so proud of. We liked it even better when it was done and we kicked it down into pieces.
It was a fun day, but I was so exhausted that I went to bed at 7:30 (even with a nap)! :)

lazy day fun

Hi Mom,
Today was kind of a lazy day because James and Chloe didn't feel too good, but that was okay, because I think we were all a little tired from all the fun we have been having. So we played a Sam's house all day and we had lots of friends over. Karen watches a boy named Jonah on Tuesdays and he was fun to play with. Then she had a primary meeting here and 3 more friends came over! We were running and playing and screaming all over the place! I was so tired when they all left that I told Karen I was ready to go to bed!
Besides playing with all these new, fun kids I did what I am getting really good at. I got toys for Chloe anytime I thought she needed them. I am becoming a GREAT big sister...just to let you know! :) Chloe is never sad when I am around. I make sure of that.
Oh, I almost forgot. First thing this morning I taught Sam how to dance to Yo Gabba Gabba. He has never seen it before. Too bad Karen couldn't get the camera fast enough, because I was showing some serious moves.

dinosuar museum

Dear Mom,
We went to the dinosaur museum today. It was a lot of fun. We saw lots of dinosaur bones and we even saw some dinosaur eggs that the babies came out of. My favorite part was playing with the toy dinosaurs and digging for bones in the sand pits.
We ran around so much that we worked up an appetite and had to stop in the lobby for a yummy snacks of Cheetos.
We spent the rest of the day playing puppets and pirates at Sam's house. It was a good day.

our winter wonderland

We had so much fun in the snow today. It was pretty crazy that we were at the park in our shorts yesterday, and today we had to get bundled up to go play. But that's okay, we were excited when we woke up and saw the snow.
Thankfully Karen had some snow clothes that fit me so that I could go and join in on the fun. I really showed them how much I love the snow.
I made some pretty snow angels,

had a snowball fight with Sam,


and ate lots of it,

and then finally came in because my hands got cold. We got warm as we all suggled up into Karen's bed and watched a Dora show.....

So far I am having a GREAT vacation! :) Hope yours is good too.

saturday is a special day...

Hi Mom,
Just checking in to let you know what I was up to today...
After a long morning of General Conference (aka Dora-for me :) ) we were so excited to get out and go to the park. We ran as fast as we could and had a great time screaming up and down the streets.

I like the parks around Sam's house. They have fun things to do. I really liked the ropes. It was fun to try to climb on them.

I really liked the slide too. It wasn't very long, but I could go fast enough to make me giggle.

After running around and playing at the park we were pooped out so Karen got clever with the stroller! We all loved having a funny place to sit and enjoy the ride.

We ended the day with popcorn and a movie. We got to watch Tangled. I loved it. I ate my popcorn and the boys. :)

since you've been gone

Dear Mom,
I had a great day today. I was so excited when Sam and James and Chloe showed up to Grandma's house to play with me. We got right to work playing hard.
I was really busy taking care of Chloe. She needs a lot of help. She needs kisses and hugs and toys...it's tough keeping up with it all, especially when she kept getting a hold of my hair. I had to keep telling her to be nice.

Later in the day we played outside and had Popsicles. We also helped Grandma clean out her flower gardens and put her little animals in there to play.

It was so fun, but I got really dirty so we had to get straight in the bath. Bathing with my cousins was fun. We had lots of bubbles and made funny hair-dos.


When we finally went to Sam's House we had dinner and donuts. Then we got ready for bed. And guess what mom, I get to sleep in the boys room with them. Karen put a crib up there and we went to bed giggling! :) I hope you had a great day too.
